In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing the petir108 platform, creating a Player Account, or using any feature of the platform — including browsing, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with petir108's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all access to and use of the petir108 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and petir108 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to real-money gaming on petir108 is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. petir108 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the required age cannot be confirmed.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one (1) Player Account at petir108. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, petir108 may close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets, and retain any balance held therein.
3.3 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the platform. Providing false registration information, including a false name or date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 KYC Verification. petir108 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued Philippine identification (including but not limited to a UMID, driver's license, PhilSys ID, or passport), proof of address, and documentation of payment methods used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension of withdrawal capabilities until compliance is achieved.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using petir108 is lawful in the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of use. petir108 makes no representation that the platform is lawful or appropriate for use in jurisdictions other than the Republic of the Philippines. Individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your petir108 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify petir108 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. petir108 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation or from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your negligence in safeguarding your credentials.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. petir108 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. While 2FA provides an additional layer of security, enabling or disabling this feature remains at your discretion. petir108 accepts no liability for Account compromises where 2FA was available but not activated.
4.4 Account Integrity. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate suspension and closure of the Account concerned.
5.1 Supported Payment Methods. petir108 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO NetBanking, Metrobank Direct, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time at petir108's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Pesos). The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your Account verification status.
5.3 Your Own Funds. All deposits to petir108 must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name and legitimately owned by you. petir108 does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed upon confirmation that all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. petir108 targets the following processing timelines: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 10 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals on the same business day. These timelines are indicative only and may be subject to variation due to payment network conditions, additional verification requirements, or scheduled maintenance.
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, depending on your Account tier and verification status. VIP account holders may be eligible for enhanced withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your Account settings.
5.6 Right to Verify. petir108 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, or confirmation of compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
5.7 Currency. All transactions on petir108 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise. petir108 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own fees, which are outside petir108's control.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by petir108 are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional terms and conditions specified in the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a promotion's specific terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and, where applicable, winnings derived from free spins or other promotional credits, are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements before the bonus expiry date will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 One Bonus Per Promotion Per Player. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion at petir108 is available to each eligible Player once only. Claiming the same promotion multiple times — including through the creation of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. petir108 operates automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing bets designed to exploit wagering requirement mechanics rather than to engage with genuine gameplay, and collusion with other players to fulfil wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, petir108 may void the bonus and any winnings attributable to it, and may suspend or close the Account concerned.
6.5 Expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the promotion's specific terms, bonus funds not used within thirty (30) days of crediting will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation. Wagering requirements must be met within the same period.
6.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. If a Player chooses to withdraw real-money funds while bonus funds remain active in their Account, petir108 reserves the right to remove the bonus funds and any winnings attributable to incomplete wagering prior to processing the withdrawal request.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on petir108 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules prior to play. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed game result and the petir108 system records, the system records shall prevail.
7.2 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, connectivity interruptions, or game software faults — petir108 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the wagered amounts to the Player's Account. petir108 shall not be liable for any losses sustained as a result of a technical malfunction.
7.3 Bet Acceptance. petir108 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including where a Player is suspected of exploiting an error in odds or game parameters. Bets placed in error due to technical faults on the platform's part will be voided and the wagered stake returned.
7.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result or settlement is incorrect, you must submit a written dispute to petir108's support team within thirty (30) days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. petir108's decision on disputes, following investigation, is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the petir108 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, voiding of all pending and settled bets, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
All content on the petir108 platform — including but not limited to the petir108 brand name, logo, game content, graphical elements, text, software, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of petir108 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any petir108 content without prior written authorization from petir108.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by petir108 and its licensors.
petir108's collection, processing, and storage of personal data is governed by the petir108 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using the platform, you acknowledge and consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

petir108's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
petir108 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. petir108 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that petir108 is not responsible for any losses you sustain through gameplay on the platform. You participate in all games at your own risk and of your own free will.
13.1 By petir108. petir108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a breach of these Terms; (b) prohibited conduct as described in Section 8 is suspected or confirmed; (c) petir108 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction; or (d) in petir108's reasonable judgment, continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the platform, other players, or petir108 itself.
13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting petir108 support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure or termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the petir108 platform is immediately revoked. Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 15 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
petir108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, petir108 will endeavor to provide reasonable prior notice to Players via email or in-platform notification. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly for updates. Continued use of the petir108 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and close your Account.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination — shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by the initiating party, it shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with the seat of arbitration in Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines to protect its rights pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
